Work on “The Anonymous Letters” continues, and each day brings new discoveries. Sometimes characters act contrary to my plans, as if acquiring their own will. England with its changeable weather, rich history, and deep cultural traditions remains an inexhaustible source of inspiration.
The process of writing the novel reminds me of archaeological excavation: at first, I have only a vague idea of what lies hidden beneath layers of earth, but gradually, removing layer after layer, I begin to discern the outlines of the whole.
I hope that when completed, the novel will be not just an engaging story but an invitation to a philosophical dialogue about the nature of reality, creativity, and human consciousness. And despite all the mystical and disturbing elements, it will, like all my works, contain a ray of hope—the possibility of finding oneself even in the midst of the most impenetrable fog.
